An evaluation report of the three projects participating in the negotiated procedure has been published.

The proposals were evaluated on:
1. Architectural, functional and tehnical quality following clarification of any uncertainties with regard to the understanding of the entry submitted, including any further treatment to be carried out in consultation with the client within the framework of the proposal submitted.
2. The proposed design’s capability and robustness in terms of complying with the budgetary framework applying to the project, including supplementary
surveys, studies and calculations relating to the cost estimate provided
3. Proposals for people to work on the assignment, including CVs
4. Proposals regarding development- and co-operation proces, including involvement of citizens and users
5. Fee offer.
