In 2005 an in-house MEDIASPACE secretariat was established in Citizens’ Services and Libraries.

From June 2005 Marie Ostergard has been appointed to project manager of MEDIASPACE. In addition resources from the Library Administration also form a part of the secretariat in the form of an administrative case officer and resources from the Main Library.

The MEDIASPACE Secretariat is responsible for planning, developing and coordinating the project. Furthermore the secretariat works constantly with building, coordinating and further developing knowledge and networks which may contribute to the MEDIASPACE process – not only regarding the building process and cooperation relations in the future house but also regarding the involvement of partners in and outside of the organisation.

Rolf Hapel, Director of Citizens’ Services and Libraries is the project director of Aarhus Municipality on the project.
